For over twenty years, the Windsor approach to learning, growth, and success for our students has proven to be highly successful.

        This is my son's third year at Windsor Learning Center. In the time that he has been there, he has made incredible accomplishments. He has matured and grown in so many ways, socially and academically. He is involved in several activities including the Drama Club and Pet Care Club.
